Deposit

A deposit of 25% of the tour price confirms your booking (or the amount shown on your quotation). You can also pay in full.

Balance

The balance is due 30 days before departure. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is due at booking. If the balance is not received in time we may cancel the booking and apply the cancellation charges.

How to pay

• Online by UPI, debit / credit card (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking or wallets through our secure payment partner Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
• Bank transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS) — details are on your booking page. Please quote your booking reference.
• International cards and wire transfers are accepted; bank charges are paid by the sender.

Receipts and GST

A receipt is emailed for every payment. GST invoices are issued in the name given at booking; send your GSTIN before payment if you need a business invoice.

Currency

All payments are made in INR. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
