1. Making a booking
You can book online, on WhatsApp, by phone or by email. A booking is made when you send the booking form and is confirmed once we receive your deposit and send you a written confirmation with your booking reference.
2. Prices
- Prices are per person in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated.
- Prices shown in other currencies are approximate; you always pay the INR amount.
- Discounts and offers apply only to bookings made before the offer end date and cannot be combined unless stated.
- We may need to change prices before confirmation if hotel, fuel, entry-fee or tax rates change.
3. Travellers’ details
Please give names exactly as on passports / ID. Foreign nationals must share passport and visa details at least 15 days before travel for hotel and permit registration.
4. Changes by you
We try to accept changes to dates, hotels or travellers. Changes may carry a fee of ₹1,000 per booking plus any extra hotel or transport cost.
5. Changes by us
If we must make a significant change (for example a hotel or route change) we will offer a similar alternative or a refund of what you paid for the affected service.
6. Groups, schools and pilgrimages
Group bookings (10+ travellers) have separate deposit and name-list deadlines given in your quotation.
