Cancellation by you
Please tell us in writing (email or WhatsApp). Charges are a percentage of the total tour price:

| Less than 7 days / no-show | 100% |
Flights, train tickets, permits and special-event hotels are refunded only as the supplier allows.
Refunds
- Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval.
- Payment-gateway fees (about 2%) are not refundable.
- Unused services during the tour (meals, sightseeing) are not refundable.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel your tour (except for force majeure) you get a full refund or a free date change.
Force majeure
For events outside our control — natural disasters, strikes, government orders, epidemics — we will offer a credit note for a future tour, less non-refundable supplier costs.
